Isolation and Wellness

A Healthy Routine: will provide a sense of normalcy.

Wake, wash and hydrate. Get dressed and ready to go!!!

Journal, script, yoga stretch and meditate...find a wellness practice that works for you.

Connect: at least once per day to someone via in person, phone or media.

Create: finding ways to imagine and create something, anything really that will calm you, bring reward and induce a sense of accomplishment and pride.

Share: your creations and your thoughts and feelings with someone or write, blog or vlog about it.

Sit walk run or swim in nature.

Learn: read a new book, sign up for an online course, get certified in something and fill yourself up with knowledge and wisdom. It will also help pass the time while contributing to personal growth.

Spa yourself! Have a scented bubble bath, facial, reiki and/or massage; A self care regimen once or twice per week will add to your overall wellness.

And most importantly eat organic and natural nutrient dense foods, full of vitamins and minerals to keep your Mind Body and Soul in sync and coherent.
